Terms and Conditions

  • Check-in time is between 14:00 - 19:00. Later arrivals must please be pre-arranged.
  • Failure to arrive by 21:00 will result in cancellation and your booking will be treated as a No-Show with no refund.
  • Absolutely no extra guests will be allowed. If guests arrive with more people than booked for, or what the maximum occupancy allows, the extra guests will be shown away immediately or the booking will be cancelled with no refund if no other rooms are available. If we have other rooms available, extra guests will be charged the full rate of additional rooms. No exceptions will be made. Please respect our rules and regulations. If we find that extra guests have been staying on the property, a hefty fine will be issued to you or you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. Children of all ages are counted as a guest.
  • No unauthorized visitors are permitted without the prior consent of the owner.
  • Check-out time is strictly 10:00.
  • The primary guest must present on arrival for identification verification. Alternatively, please make arrangements in advance if someone else in your party will collect the keys.
  • No under 18's (including Scholars) will be accepted as primary guests, unless accompanied by adults / parents.
  • No parties will be tolerated. Please respect our Guest House and other guests. Should guests fail to comply, you will be asked to vacate the premises with no refund. Guests may be evicted with force by the SAPS if necessary if guests are unwilling to co-operate in this regard.
  • Strictly no pets will be allowed
  • No smoking will be allowed indoors.
  • It is the guest's sole responsibility to keep valuables safe.
  • Indemnity: By entering the premises of OnQ Accommodation, you do so willingly and at own risk. The use of the facilities indoors and outdoors are at own risk and guests idemnify the owners, staff or any other stakeholders of loss of personal belongings, damage caused by whatsoever reason, injury or loss of life, while residing at OnQ Accommodation.
