Booking Terms

  • a 50% Deposit is required upon booking with balance payable 7 days prior to arrival.
  • a 100% Deposit is required if the booking is made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Special offers cannot be combined with another offer. Special offers are subject to direct bookings only unless stated otherwize and cannot be claimed for existing bookings that has been made before the offer was created.
  • All balances are strictly payable before arrival.
  • Extended stays must be settled in full upon extension request.
  • Bookings and Cancellations must be submitted in writing via E-mail to traceycoetz@gmail.com
  • Pensioners discount will not apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior arrival, including no shows - forfeit 100% deposit
  • Cancellation 8 - 14 days prior arrival, including no shows - forfeit 75% deposit
  • Cancellations 15 - 21 days prior arrival - forfeit 50% deposit
  • Cancellations 22 - 29 days prior arrival - forfeit 25% deposit
  • Cancellations 30+ days prior arrival - full refund
